Cancel your subscription
Deshincha Pro is billed through Apple, so you cancel it from your iPhone. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Deshincha and tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also get there from the app: Profile > Settings > Cancel subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next charge. If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com: refunds are decided by Apple.
Delete your account
- Open Deshincha and go to Profile > Settings > Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm that you understand it can't be undone, and tap Delete my account.
Everything is deleted: your account, your answers and consents, your scans and face measurements, your photos (on your phone and in the cloud), and your logs, routines and streak. What's on your phone is deleted right away; on our servers, within 30 days at most, including backups.
If you no longer have the app installed, email hola@deshincha.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
Your data
In Profile > Settings > Privacy you can export your data, change your optional consents, stop sharing usage data and withdraw your biometric consent. If you withdraw it, we delete your scans and photos. More detail in the privacy notice and the biometric data policy.
Common problems
The scan doesn't recognize my face
Find light in front of you, not behind. Hold your arm out, keep your face inside the oval, take off your glasses, keep your hair off your face and don't smile.
I bought Pro and don't see it
In Profile > Settings, tap Restore purchases using the same Apple Account you paid with.
I changed iPhones
Sign in with the same account (Apple or your email) and your scans, logs and cloud-backed photos come back on their own.
Before you start
Deshincha is a beauty and habits app, not a health service. If your face swells suddenly, painfully, on one side only, or the swelling doesn't go away, see a health professional.
